Terms & Conditions

All Sales are final – by bidding on an auction, you certify to Pallet Town Auctions (FLOWER HILL COINS & COLLECTIBLES, INC.) that you intend to pay the final auction price, should you be the highest bidder, and all additional fees, including a Buyer’s Premium. If you are unable to pay, Pallet Town Auctions (FLOWER HILL COINS & COLLECTIBLES, INC) has the right to seek payment via any legal means necessary according to the laws of the State of New York.

By consigning with Pallet Town Auctions, The Seller has hereby agreed to terms outlined on our consignment contract, and will not seek any additional payments above and beyond those outlined in the consignment contract. Final payment, less any fees outlined in the consignment contract, will be remitted by Pallet Town Auctions (FLOWER HILL COINS & COLLECTIBLES, INC) by check to the registered consignor, no later than three (3) months after the date of auction close.

All items are to be shipped via USPS, insured for the full closing price of the item. Buyers will be responsible for shipping charges for all items sold unless specifically stated otherwise. In the event that an item is lost in transit to the auction winner, or the item arrives damaged, the BUYER has (7) days to contact Pallet Town Auctions with detailed images and descriptions of the damage in order for Pallet Town Auctions to seek insurance reimbursement for the damages. Buyers will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid for any lost or damaged items.

Auctions will run for a set period of time, with extensions for every bid placed in the final minutes of the auction. If an auction closes without hitting a reserve price, the lot will remain in the possession of Pallet Town Auctions for re-listing at a later date and no payment shall be sought from any bidder.

All auctions are conducted privately, internet-only, and are biddable only by registered users. Individual user information such as NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, etc. are obfuscated from public view and are only accessible to Pallet Town Auctions, only for the purpose of shipping and invoicing. No information shall hereby be repurposed or sold to any third-party.

All items paid for via Credit Card will be subject to hold until the transaction processes and funds are available before shipment. Pallet Town Auctions may run an authorization charge on a Credit Card to confirm available funds before the user is allowed to bid. This is a temporary authorization and will be removed within 24-48 hours. No credit Card information will be stored locally or shared. All information retained by Pallet Town Auctions is done so off-site, on fully encrypted servers.
